Lead times
Breeze Block
1–2 weeks from order to ship
AC Trim Ring
5–7 business days; custom sizes add 2–3 days
NCV3 Bumper Insert
3–5 business days
Shipping
Ships within the US via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Cost and estimated delivery calculated at checkout.
International shipping available for select products — email hello@altu.pro before ordering.
Returns & exchanges
Damaged or incorrect item
Email within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We replace or fully refund at no cost to you.
Unused item returns
Unused, uninstalled items may be returned within 14 days minus actual shipping cost. Email first for instructions.
Custom orders
Non-refundable once production has begun, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Warranty
The Breeze Block carries a two-year warranty against defects. Other products carry a 90-day workmanship warranty. Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, modification, or misuse.
